Berlin's Maritim Hotel is to be sold by SEB ImmoIvest

SEB Asset Management has make a deal with open-end real estate fund SЕB ImmoInvest to sign a purchase contract with Qatar's ARTIC, the hospitality arm of Al Faisal Holding. The selling property is the Maritim Hotel . Mentioned above building is situated at at Stauffenbergstrasse 26. The amount of the bargain reamains disclosed. In the sequel the parties consider to launch further real estate transactions in in the sequel.

Berlin's Maritim Hotel has central location right in the Diplomatic Quarter. It is a Germany capital's Tiergarten disctrict, between Brandenburg Gate and Kurfürstendamm. The deal was followed by 26-month reconstruction period. In the 2005 the 4-stars luxury hotel extended SEB ImmoInvest's portfolio. At the moment the hotel has 505 rooms with an ability of event facilities for almost 5 500 people. The renovation was stylized with architect Jan Kleihues manner, who disigned the Hotel at art deco style in early 1930-s.
