Design hotel in Berlin Stue goes to the starting line

New Das Stue hotel opens at the zoo area. The boutique hotel with 80 guestrooms and suites in five categories is located in Drakestraße 1. Each room is designed to provide an individual experience: some with high ceilings, connecting doors, balconies or terraces and partly connected with organically curved baths and many with direct views of the enclosure at Berlin Zoo. The rooms meet famous furniture classics of modern design.

The room rates according to the website are from 220 to 1020 euros. The rooms have their origins in the distinctive buildings of the former Royal Danish Embassy. As artistic director and designer of the common areas such as the restaurant and bar was Patricia Urquiola. Her goal has been to give the guests an intimate feeling. For the culinary offerings of Spain decorated with 3-star Michelin chef Paco Perez is responsible.
